The iPrep Way

It is through healthy relationships that we positively contribute to the welfare of others through helpful acts of kindness. We are always aware, observant, and responsive to the well-being and perspectives of others, knowing that our sacrifice leaves a place better than how we found it. We are selfless and see beyond our own needs.

We set positive expectations for others and ourselves. We plan for success and approach challenges enthusiastically because we know we do our best work when things are hard. In the most challenging times, we are open-minded because above every cloud is a blue sky. Because we give our best in all things, we expect the best in all things. 

We find value in our thoughts and believe in our ability to be successful. Personal values drive us to pursue our dreams actively. We intentionally reflect on what matters the most to make changes when our course misaligns with our goals. We produce meaningful work because we recognize our power in controlling our lives and futures. 

We don't shy away from challenges but work hard to overcome them. We are emotionally strong and persevere when faced with hard things. We give everything we have, utilize every available tool and resource, and ask others for support to learn from setbacks and overcome struggles. We are courageous in pursuing challenges and patient in pursuit of our goals. 

We recognize that our work and actions reflect who we are and where we come from. We reject mediocrity and, grounded in and by our community, and we improve our output through collaborative efforts. Pride is a matter of self-respect, respect for our intellect, respect for the communities in which we grow and thrive, and respect for the communities in which we seek to make change.
